Environmental Policy
Castle Civil is committed to conducting all its activities in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.
Castle Civil adheres to ISO 14001 and complies with environmental management standards.
Castle Civil will:
- Comply with all environmental laws and regulations related to its activities.
- Implement measures to prevent pollution, minimise waste generation, and promote resource conservation throughout its operations.
- Communicate with our stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and the community, to encourage their feedback in its environmental management.
- Promote communication to facilitate the exchange of environmental information, ideas and best practices among employees. We will encourage suggestions to improve environmental performance and innovation.
- Set targets to minimise environmental impact and improvements.
- Review and improve its environmental management system annually to achieve its environmental objectives.
- Protect biodiversity and ecosystems in its construction projects.
- Implement emergency response procedures to mitigate environmental incidents or accidents.
- Use resources such as water and energy efficiently. Consider sustainable practices in our construction activities.
- Communicate this policy to all workers, visitors, and stakeholders.
Management will allocate resources to ensure the implementation of this policy.
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its suitability and effectiveness. Feedback from workers and stakeholders will be considered. The policy will be revised to reflect changing circumstances and to align with ISO 14001 requirements.
